Watch out for this guy, what a stinker! I went in to have a laptop repair, and stated I thought the parts would cost a certain amount based on ebay and what others had told me.
He took my laptop in the back and brought it back a few minutes later YELLING at me accusing me of being a liar and a crook! He yelled that he could not find the parts for that price and that I was trying to cheat him.
He violently took my elbow and shoved me towards his front door and slammed it directly onto my back, bumping my elbow.
I realized that I had given my personal contact informtion to this violent man, and decided to call the police so I would not have to re-enter his shop. The police came and went in after I told them by story.
Meantime, the two neighboring businesses came and flagged down the officers, and both of them pointed towards the mans front door. They also had run-in's with this deranged man. One came to me and rolled her eyes at the mention of the man.
The police brought out my contact information, and advised I never go there again, and actually instructed me to post this message on Yelp, the BBB, and anywhere else I could think. They had been called there before. Normally people from the mediterranean are such polite and decent people.
Look at the posts on Yahoo, etc., and never go to this place. I don't know how he stays in business, as I was the only potential customer there for well over an hour (waiting for solution). Try Alltech on Edinger, Santa Ana. They know what they are doing and are polite.
