We've been eating at Q4U for a few years now, and I am pretty confused about the bad reviews on here. It's always tasty whenever I go. I had the spare ribs last night and they were anything but dry! I do understand some of the complaints about the sides (never tried the yams or mac n cheese), and the bread that comes with the meals is pretty blah in what seems to be a BBQ tradition of lousy bread. The Cajun spiced fries are great and the hush puppies are nice and oniony. My advice would be to not even bother with any other sides (depending on what you get, your meal comes with one or two sides). LOVE the sauces - the house sauce is the best in my opinion. Sweet, tangy and just a little bit hot. Overall, I love Q4U and there are a lot of tasty affordable options. I might rate this lower (just because not everything on the menu is stellar) if I hadn't had visits to other local BBQ joints within the last two months to remind me that what matters is the meat and the sauce.
