Recently I read here some critics review that must have hate on their mind...perhaps they didn't pay attention to the diversity of it's employees or they just had a bad day! This past weekend I attended the Rock'n Ribs Fest only to confirm my belief in the best BBQ Utah has seen...The Q won 2nd place in Ribs, 1st Place in in the ""open"" category, with the pork prime rib...awesome selection! The Q also won the overall competition and ""Grand Champion"" ...this says a lot for this little ole place over in West Valley...can't get much better than that!
