Not a smoke ring on any of the alleged barbecue. No rub on the ribs. Just a dirty muddy flavor. Sauces were OK. Spicy sauce wasn't spicy at all. Sort of glorified sweet and sour sauce with some tabasco. The main sauce was OK, worked with the brisket. The brisket was the best of the meats I had in the sampler. Pulled pork was dry dry dry and even a bit tough. Perhaps from drying out so much
