I was looking up Paramounts phone number (again) and while I was on hold I read everyone else's experience and suddently got very, very angry. The mess that paramount has made has caused me 4 phone calls, $60 in unnecessary fees and a bunch of headaches. I am a very patient person and have never written a poor review on anything before, but this has been ridiculous. My husband and I have seperate Gold's Gym memberships and his payment keeps running through our account monthly just fine, mine, since December has been rejected, ran through the wrong account-leading to returned check fees (??) and late fees!!! We have the same account, due date-but some how mine keeps being rejected. They have been impossibly defensive-even before I started to get upset over another $40 in fees the lady was telling me ""calm down, you don't have to get upset with me"" and I just sat there thinking ""I didn't even say anything!"". I know that anyone reading this is already stuck, but there has to be some way to not pay these RIDICULOUS fees for their mistakes. It doesn't seem right in the least.
