I have had my account with this agency since January and every single month , I have had a call from them saying that my account is invalid and that payment could not be rendered, and every single month I have called this company to verify my account information and to ask if my account information is correct. I'm not sure what happens but my account information still seems to be wrong each month. I am really sick of this. This company is extremely incompetent, and I have no idea why Gold's Gym still has this company has their payment processor.
Pros: willing to waive some fees
Cons: why is it that after numerous phone calls to correct my info- they still can't get it right?
