Review content:
This salon is the worst I have ever been too. And I have been to several. I have been 4 times for various treatments, I should have been smarter after the first failed service. The pedicures are horrible, lazy and sloppy, the massages are a waste of time, done by a man who does not get the hint to shut up and needs to go back to school to polish up his massaging. I have had better by a child. Appointments always run late because the owner herself is taking up client time by trying to make herself look better, key word TRYING and failing I might add. Then when a service is horribly done, one that is a waste of your own time and money and fails to meet the requirements stated by the employee's nothing is done, other then you are told to come in and have the treatment redone for free. Free? Do they pay for my time off from work or a babysitter...so where is the free? And WHY would I go back to a place a 5th time when every other time has been horrible.
