Review content:
Our house inspector missed several problems with the plumbing in our house. After we had problems and complained, they were very hostile and uncooperative when we tried to make a claim. It has taken several months to get to any sort of decision. They finally decided to refund half of the inspection fee (hardly anything when considering plumbing fixes we need to make now) but it has now taken 2 more months for them to get us paper work to sign before a check will be sent. Every call, they acted like they didn't know what was going on and promised it would get taken care of right away. Find licensed plumbers and electricians to inspect your house, not these guys!
