Went in to the store on 518 (closest to Pearland) to inquire about the brand New Belgium Beer. This is the Colorado company that makes Fat Tire, Skinny Dip, Blue Paddle, Mothership Wit, among others (Great beers by the way). Anyways, when I asked, the slack jawed employees gawked at me like I had lost my mind and emphatically pronounced that they don't carry that kind of beer, nor had they ever heard of it. So, much against my personal judgement and knowing that I would cringe when I asked the 3 wide-eyed employees this next question, I went ahead and submitted it...""Do you carry any Organic beers""! Well, this must have sent their IQ's into an ever so gentle tailspin that bottomed out quickly as I received no answer from 2 of the employees who stared at me blankly , and the other one could only come up with a condescending remark about my desire for an organic ale and verbally announced his ignorance when he said that he didn't even know that alcohol came in the flavor 'Organic'. Wow! These beers are carried religiously at HEB grocery stores in Austin and San Antonio, and these dolts have never heard of New Belgium or organic beer. Anyways, there was no apology, a 'may we help you with anything else?', or 'we can find out for you, sir', type answer from any of the 3. I had actually been here a couple of times before and thought the customer service and knowledge was very lacking....This proved my last visit... Pros: Umm, still thinking and will have to get back to you on this one... Cons: Poor knowledge, poor selection and poor customer service...
