I was referred to Berli's by the BMW dealership in Austin and thank them for doing so. John was very helpful in letting me know what my options were and dealing with the insurance company to get my car not only repaired to a high level, but also done in a way that was best for me all around. They took extra time to get my car repaired correctly and I would like to say thanks for providing me with a very hugh level of customer service.
