After 15 years of doing business with Berli's, I can honestly say that we will not take our cars anywhere else!! The owner, Joe Berli, is a true craftsman--a perfectionist, and his work reflects it. He is a man of his word and has worked very hard at building the fine reputation he now enjoys. On my last visit, Ronnie was a gem--he went above and beyond to communicate with me throughout the entire time my car was at Berli's. He negotiated with the insurance company and made certain the outcome would be perfect. He is a straight shooter and everyone there does their utmost to provide outstanding customer service. This, combined with the flawless results we consistently have received throughout the years, keeps us coming back. My husband is especially protective of his BMW M3 and, under no circumstances, will he let anyone other than Joe Berli and his team of professionals work on it. I only wish there were more businesses like his around, they seem to be few and far between these days! We drive 45 minutes each way, GLADLY, because we have the utmost trust and confidence in the work they do. Five stars are not enough!!! Take your car to Berli's...you'll be SO glad you did!!!
