I am meticulous about my BMW 135i and after an unfortunate accident I was devastated. Well, if you are a car enthusiast and use a double-bucket method to hand wash you car every time, then Berli's Body & Fine Auto in Austin, TX is the place I highly recommend for any body shop work.
Their customer service is absolutely terrific. My service advisor, RONNIE, did a fantastic job at helping me every step of the way. He did a great job at constantly updating me on the status of my vehicle. He took care of all contact with my insurance company and made sure that the insurance company did their part in funding the full repair of my car.
The final results? My car looked absolutely amazing when the job was finished in a timely manner. I could not believe it. I am meticulous and I could not find any signs of the car that it had body work done to it. It looked out of the showroom floor.
Fantastic service, fantastic repair, I wouldn't go anywhere else. By the way, seeing over 20 BMWs, a Bentley, and an Aston Marton at their shop put me at ease seeing how many others trust them as well.
