Review content:
Being new to Austin, after my Lexus was rear-ended, the dealer recommended Berli's. Steve was my service manager and did a great job walking me through the process, explaining the work, what our options were regarding insurance quoting refurb parts etc. He kept me up to date on the job progress. I was very pleased with the quality of the repair and Steve also arranged to have some additional cosmetic work done for me, separate from the insurance claim. They detailed the car and it looked great!
