Service is terrible. We waited almost 2 hours before getting served. Several tables near ours did not fare any better. Do not bring children! This is an order, pay, and then seat yourself type of place. The cashier does not tell you how long a wait it is going to be and the waiters who brings out the pizza has no idea when yours will be coming. No matter how good the pizza is (wasn't too bad) it will not be worth the aggravation. I suspect they cater to the take-out business first, which is quite substantial. Very poor management. Wonder how a place like that gets repeat business!
Pros: Good pizza.
Cons: Bad management. Chaotic. Very long wait.
