Review content:
At 6:25 p.m. I arrived at Ann?s trying to get a smoothie after my workout. The hours posted on the door indicate the Cafe is opened until 6:45 pm Mon-Sat. When I reached the door, I asked a gentleman tidying up the entrance area if the Cafe was still opened. He said welllllll, not sure, you have to see. I went over to the Caf??s counter and everyone at the back of the counter ignored me. I then just asked the question if the Cafe was closed; the young lady said yes. I told her it was only 6:30 p.m. She said nothing. I stated that it was bad customer service and bad business practice for hours posted incorrect or not consistent with hours the worker?s kept. I left Ann?s with out a smoothie. I sincerely try to support local businesses but when you pay money and receive poor service, you must say something. This is not an isolated incident; it is just the one that made me comment on what could be a very good establishment in Oak Cliff. If there was any competition, Ann's doors might not be open or better yet, the service would be remarkable more times than not.
