Review content:
I wanted to make sure people avoid working for this company. The owners use profanity on a daily basis while they scream at the employees. They would walk into the place and clearly look as though they were having a ""bad day"" and fire employees without a cause hiding behind California's ""at will"" law. The owner isn't that bad to work for, yet I heard him yelling at the other guys often. I'm not sure why I still work here...the money is good, but the owner's kids are nuts. I'm also not sure why the city of benicia has them as one of thier top employees??? Are you kidding me!
Pros: Some employees are great!
Cons: Owners kids are on the wacky side
