Review content:
I went in to Sam's tonight craving some Greek food and was a little let down at first to see such a short and simple menu. Somewhat indecisive, I asked one of the two guys behind the counter what he liked best cause I had never been there before. He then VERY generously offered up some of the best marinated chicken and beef I've tasted in a LONG time. I opted for the mixed platter and got a good portion of chicken and beef with rice pilaf, greek salad, pita bread and yogurt sauce. As I said earlier, the meat is a standalone favorite, but then add the warm pita bread, fresh crisp salad and tangy, creamy, light but rich sauce. The portion was exactly the right size for me to share with my husband, although he easily could have eaten it by himself... and the price was DEFINITELY right at $7. The best part was I was in and out, on my way home with dinner within 3 minutes of walking in the door!!
Pros: Everything I've seen!
Cons: Not a HUGE menu, but the quality is key.
