Review content:
I bought a golden ring with 10 small rubies embedded into it from Kumar Jewelers. I bought it as a gift for my fiance. Literally one day after I gave it to her, one of the rubies fell out by itself. She hadn't dropped it or banged it against anything at all. All she did was wear it. She wears two other rings on her hands, and nothing happened to either of those rings during the time. I took the ring back to Kumar Jewelers, and they repaired it free of charge, but the repair quality was absolutely terrible. It looked as if someone had used super glue to attach the ruby back into place, and the ruby was smaller than the original one that had fallen out. You could see the hardened glue on top of the small ruby and on the band as well, making it look as if a child had just made the ring. My fiance wore the ring anyways, but less than a week later, another separate ruby fell out. I couldn't even return the ring after all of this because Kumar Jewelers has a no return policy (probably because they know how terrible their jewelery quality is). I suggest no one ever shops here ever again.
