I am a first time customer and haven't even been in the store!
I needed to get a price quote over the phone and was sending my niece to get an item for me since I have a wheelchair and it is difficult for me to get places.
Joanne was so wonderful and helpful - she even said that she would have the bottle up front for my niece when she got there. I didn't even have to ask.
So you see - they have a customer for life.
There prices are great as well.
