I am a longtime customer and they have been very helpful in finding movies, and knowledgeable about recommending movies. Good experience with service - once they forgot to take off the security lock, and they were apologetic, I got the movie for free plus another one! Great folks, I really recommend this store.
Pros: knowledgeable, friendly
Cons: more expensive than the machine at Prioce Chopper
