Years ago this mall was o.k.-Fair based on stores within this mall (pet store, arcade, ice cream place, etc.). Now those stores are all gone and if not for the theater and a dollar store plus a discount store jutting out of the opposite edges of this mall this place would be 100% GHOST TOWN! Somebody obviously let this place go. If it is called ""TriCounty"" it is obviously serving, or at least accessible, to 3 counties. It is just too bad someone let this place lapse. Besides the discount store and the theater- it is NOTHING OF INTEREST. In time I'm sure it will be leveled to the ground.
Pros: half price theater is the only real draw
Cons: it looks like it's ready for an appointment with a wrecking ball
