I was happy with Orion in the West Palm Beach area until manager Yvonne took over. Every meeting with her has been some kind of showdown with her fighting me on every little thing. (I am not a fighter but she seems to be pushing for wrestle-mania every time. Why not work out your aggressions at the gym rather than on your customers?) She doesn't know the meaning of customer service, talks over me (interrupts), doesn't give me the rates other customers are getting and wants to impose penalties that 2 other employees told me I would not have. Way to go, reptile! That's why I pulled out my 400,000.00. Treat your existing customers like you value their business and you won't have to place ads for new ones.
Pros: It's nearby, they used to offer high rates on savings, years ago
Cons: low rates, poor customer service by Manager Yvonne, not valueing customer, technical errors by teller
