Don't use this company!! They delivered a roll-off to my house after they called and left a voice message stating they needed someone to sign for the delivery but never stated my name as the person they were trying to contact. I never called them to order a roll-off! When I finally reached them, the manager was extremely rude and refused to tell me who made the phone call, when the call was made or whether the caller was a man or a woman so I could file a police report as to who is using my identity. He said it was me (before he even looked his computer to see what his co-worker input since it was ""the co-worker who took the order"") and when I questioned why he didn't ask for me on the message, he had no response (he knew my name, tele# and address from my phone messages - they have 4 telephone numbers - to them during the weekend to complain about this so I know he was full of it). Refused to apologize for dumping the item in my driveway for the entire weekend and causing a major inconvenience to me. Asked why they dropped it off without a signature - said ""we do this if the customer wanted the item and it was late in the day and we didn't want to drive it back"" - no excuse as far as I'm concerned. I will only use North Shore for rubbish removals since they are polite and professional with their customers and will apologize immediately if a mistake has been made!
