I HAVE BEEN GOING TO RUSS FOR 15+ YEARS AND I HAVE NOT HAD ANY MAJOR PROBLEMS WITH THE STORE. I HAVE BOUGHT ALOT OF KITS OVER THE YEARS AND I STILL GO BACK TO HURRICANE. I ALWAYS TREAT PEOPLE THE WAY I WANT TO BE TREATED AND THAT IS HOW I CARRY MYSELF. I THINK THE SHOP COULD BE BIGGER BUT HEY WE LIVE ON LONG ISLAND, RENT IS TO HIGH. ALL I CAN SAY IS I LIKE GOING TO HURRICANE AND WILL CONTIUE TO GO THERE. THEY KNOW THERE STUFF AND HEY NOT ALL OF THE CONSUMER ARE NICE PEOPLE SO WITH THAT SAID ITS YOUR CHOSE IF YOU GO THERE OR NOT .
