This was the worst experience of my life, i tried to remain professional through all of this but it was very hard, first of all this company sucks, i don't care for their tactics at all. Barry, i guess he's the repair person in all of this he comes to your house to repair the furniture, he repaired 4 chairs, paid him in full just before thanksgiving, I called him back to let him no that one of the chairs was not fixed correctly he was suppose to come by 11/29/10, no call no show, then again 12/3 it was a snow storm he did not show. I always have to call him, no sense of business @ all. I called he sais he had the Flu and he didn't no when he could come back and fix it. He took my money because he was paid in full. He has never called me, I always have to call him. So I have one broken chair that is not fixed and this company has no intentions of fixing it. Be careful with this company!!!!!! use @ your own risk!
