Really Happy we walked into this place!! WELL we sister and I walked into the RIGHT place at the Right time and met the Right person Carsten !!!love the space received (2)free sessions for training with an incredible price for the membership to his space , Carsten took us on On the spot. After two taining sessions we knew we had met the right trainer for us and have been challenged physically and spoken to on the level of knowledge during training sessions ,have not always been faithful in taking care of my metabolic clock but the stars have aligned for us and we Thank this place for opening up in our part of town first.
