I'm more than pleased with A+ Storage, La Vergne. I've been using storage facilities all over the country, and they're the best. I've already recommended them to others, though I'm not sure if anyone heeded the recommendations.
Although I did have a couple problems when other people have filled in for her, Kathy's knowledge of what she has and doesn't have, her knowledge of what's on the premises is great. Some people have to walk around and figure out what's what, but she doesn't.
A+ Storage's maintenance is very, very good. I like that the facilities are open and not terribly closed in. In a couple of my past units, I felt--I'm not the kind of person to be afraid, but they were just old units in unsafe feeling places.
I was also not happy with the climate control in other places. Here, there is no variation in temperature, whether it's Winter or Summer. This is a big issue for me because I store oil paintings, so I have got to have climate control. The other storage place wouldn't agree with me that 52 degrees was not true climate control, but at A+, I can't tell day-to-day if the temperature is ever different.
