Review content:
My initial impression of Artobrick was very positive - they seemed enthusiastic, willing to match their satillo-like patio pavers to my roof tiles and very pleasant. However, while the initial samples matched beautifully and many of the tiles ordered, including 12x12, matched fairly well, the color match on the 6x12 they produced was horrible and matched neither the original sample nor the 12x12 they had already produced. On discussing this with Vod, the initially very pleasant, enthusiastic half-owner of Artobrick, became very upset advised me that ""this was the best they could do"" and reminded me that ""the bad news is there are no cancellations and no exchanges"". Apparently, that included poor workmanship on their part. I wish I had gone with Malibu Ceramic Works as our design consultant recommended. They have agreed to try to replace some of the worst matched 6x12, but we will see how that goes. I will modify my review depending on the outcome.
