Sub contracted them to do some work for me that my shop does not handle. Took them a month and a half to rebuild a carb for me. I have gotten nothing but excuses from them when ever I would call or stop in to check on the progress. I try to give business to some of the locally owned businesses in Columbia TN instead of taking it to the big name shops here and this is the first time in 12 years that I have been treated this way. You would think that they would have the common sense not to perform bad business with anyone, but to do things like this to another auto repair shop is beyond anything I have ever seen. The thing that has made me write this review is what was said when the manager called me. First I was called and notified that it was finally done, then the very next day was called and told that if I dont come and pick it up today, they were gonna sell it. I told them that it has taken them over a month to fix that they could give me a day or two to get the time to get there and pay them for their service and pick it up. The manager had the nerve to tell me that they had a customer there that needed a carb and that ""money talks and Bull Sh!t walks"". I would never treat a customer of mine that way, least of all another repair shop that might have contracted me to do work for them. If you ever need repairs to your vehicle, never never take it to these guys. Come to find out they have done this kind of thing in the past and have a reputation at all the parts stores in the area of being completely incompetent!!! I would rather have a shade tree work on my car than take it here. The only reason that they get one star is that I have to give it some kind of rating and that is the lowest this site will let me give.
