Clean and spacious apartment in South Pasadena. Refreshing change compared to other apartments - palm trees, swimming pool, and koi pond. \r

Apartment is secure with carports for all the residents. There are a lot of public parking spots on state street in front of the building for guests. Carport and other common areas are cleaned everyday by a neat and organized team.\r

Have a great onsite manager Art who is really helpful, prompt and is always available to help even with small issues. \r
