I was in a bind and turned to the first place I could find. Big mistake that I ended up here! It was confirmed later when I took my car to the Lexus dealership that what they told me was an absolute lie. They said that my breaks were ""metal on metal"" which Lexus (a day later) verified was not true and said my breaks and break pads were in perfect condition. I went in for a dead battery and was told that not only did I need a new battery but a new alternator as well, which ran me over $500, and based on my experience I have no doubt I did not actually need. They were shady from start to finish And it was evident they were going to gouge me in some way as they thought I would just sit by and trust them. Please save yourself the hassle and save your pockets from these deceptive folks!
