Review content:
We have been using Dealer Direct for about 3 years. We are an engineering firm and we have a fleet of vehicles. I only go to them periodically for my own vehicle, but it seems like I do not hear any negative things about them from anyone else here. They have not caused us any inconveniences, so we continue to go back. For us, that is the measure. I usually know when things are going poorly if I hear complaining, but I have not heard anything negative. I have to assume things are going well.
