I put a call into Dealer Direct to fix some body work on the bumper. They were the lowest quote I got. There was over spray on the entire car, and they drove my car around. I am not sure of the mileage, because I didn't record it, but they ran down a 1/4 tank of gas. They kept the car for a week.
The bumper just needed some small body work and some paint, and the paint job was sub par. For the money I could understand why the bumper might not look perfect, but I never should have had to do so much other work to get my car looking good again. Both the seat were reclined quite a bit, which means it wasn't just one person diving around, but two. Also, the interior was clean when I dropped the car off, and it was pretty dirty when I got it back.
RESPONSE FROM Dealer Direct Transmission and Automotive Repair:
The customer was contacted by the owner of Dealer Direct and offered a free complete professional detail.
It was also explained to the customer, that our body shop was located at a different address than the one the vehicle was dropped off at, hence the additional mileage on his vehicle.
