Review content:
So long as you don't mind the thin walls and tight parking spots, you might be happy here. Oh, you should also not mind an inept office staff that makes frequent mistakes.
Enjoying being constantly run down by unattended children riding blind down sidewalks is a plus as well, becauase according to the office staff ""that's out of our hands"" and ""there's nothing we can do about that."" Me? If I were running the office, I'd do a leaflet campaign and put up signs alerting residents that bikes are not to be ridden on the pedestrian ways in the complex. I suppose I'm crazy, though.
Just think, you can look forward to having 10 to 12 non-residents come fully dressed into the pool area and leer at you while you swim!
I'm looking forward to and dreading my lease end date at the same time. On the one hand, I will finally be rid of this awful place. On the other hand, they will likely nickle and dime me on the way out. Avoid like the plague.
Pros: good fitness room
Cons: no enforcement of rules, no respect for renters
