I am VERY pleased with my experience at Raleigh Gold Jewelry and Coin! I was skeptical as I had heard nothing but bad things about businesses who buy gold. Going to a pawn shop was out of the question so when I found RGJ&C on the internet, I felt good about the reviews I read and was especially happy to see that they are members of the Chamber of Commerce and had been a business for many years. The person whom I presented my gold pieces to was very clean cut, polite and not pushy. No gimmicks were presented and the pieces were weighed and examined right in front of me. It was explained to me in great detail how they determine if the pieces are real and how they weigh them. They also show you that the scale works properly before they weigh your items. It was quick and took less than 10 minutes. I walked out of the building with a check in my hand! I will be back and will refer all of my friends to RGJ&C!
Pros: Convenient, easy, safe.
Cons: Enduring traffic on Glenwood to get there!
