I was all excited and ready to plop down $350k in this franchise company. A friend told me about the FDD Evaluator service offered by Franchise Foundations. The work is done by Mr. Franchise, Kevin Murphy, a San Francisco franchise attorney and franchise expert. He really knows his stuff and pointed out a number of pitfalls I'd entirely overlooked. The fee was entirely reasonable and saved me from making the biggest mistake of my life.
