Review content:
I have lived in Chestnut for a year now. It is conveniently located by the highway. If you are a shopper like myself you will love the convenience of it being centered between Montgomery Highway, the Galleria, and Wildwood Shopping Center. The office staff members are friendly and make a point to know all of thier residents. Also, maintenance is fast and friendly. If I place a maintenance request in the morning, it is done by the time I get home from work. The apartments are spacious. This is the larges living room and dining room I have ever seen. The only downside is that the kitchen does not have a double sink and the bathtubs are painted (therefore, you have to be careful what you clean with or paint will float in your tub.
Pros: spacious apartment, very quiet, close to highway
Cons: single kitchen sink, small kitchen
