Review content:
B & G Hardwood Flooring were recommended to me at the store where I bought the wood, to perform the installation. The project was to re-floor the kitchen in my home. I dealt with George, and from the beginning he was very good at communicating. He had a good memory in terms of recalling things we had discussed in our initial meeting, which was reassuring. Also, he always took initiative in terms of moving the project forward.
George was very knowledgeable, and his years of experience really came through as he and his crew were working. And speaking of his crew, they exhibited a higher level of knowledge and education than I have experienced with other folks. The attention to detail was very good, and the end product looks great.
This was my first time using B & G, but I would use them again in a heartbeat. They truly know what they are doing. Working with them was a positive experience from start to finish.
