Review content:
Sunday, Dec.11 my partner and I went into the Kay Jewelers store in the 5th Avenue Mall in Anchorage. I have a few peices I purchased at Kay stores and since I purchased the extended plans I stop in every 6 months for a cleaning and check up. We also wanted to talk with someone about designing a wedding band for my partner. The store had 4 sales reps, and each one was waiting on someone. I stood by the register waiting for a sales person to be free. After about 12 mins two of the sales people wrapped up their transactions, then walked out from behind the counter, walking right past us, and waiting on two new customers who had come in well after us. None of the sales people even acknowledged that we were standing there. I was very insulted. Were we ignored because we were two women together? Did we not look like we were going to spend money? Why would none of the sales people even look at us? I don't know the answers, but I do know I will not go back to that store ever again.
