I recently purchased a new house and needed to repair several things. I asked my neighbor where he goes for hardware needs. He told me about Sterling True Value because they really know what they are talking about. I decided to try it even though I drove past two other hardware stores to get there. What a great experience! Jeff not only helped me get exactly what I needed, he recommended specific products that he uses for projects. I was so happy that when my wife wanted to paint some rooms we went directly back to Sterling for paint. Now I go there for all my hardware needs. One time Jeff even ordered something I wanted because he did not have it- and now he stocks it all the time. It's just like he told me- ""If we don't have it- you don't need it!""
Pros: Had my problems fixed in no time.
