I moved to Vancouver recently from Portland, Oregon and was searching for a place to replace my shoe heels as well as place plastic shoe plates on my brand new shoes on the heels. One day after having shoe plates put on my shoes, the plates were already wearing out and I only wear them in doors! Talk about the cheapest quality shoe plates...Even the ones you purchase at the store last longer than the ones they carry here. I will NEVER return to this shoe repair. Poor quality and they charge the same as other shoe repairs! VERY DISAPPOINTING!
