Holly of Dry Connection answered the email I left on their website at 7 AM on a Monday morning and arranged to clean the carpet of my new apartment a few hours later. The team was friendly, speedy and professional, and did a wonderful job at a reasonable price. They were very compassionate with my cat too (not too keen on vacuum cleaners). The whole team just made my day!
