This is the third time I've used Dry Connection. Each time I thought my kids' rooms carpeting needed to be replaced and each time I thought ""Why didn't I do this sooner""! They treat my carpet like it is in their home. I also have expensive hand died rugs that they cleaned and they came out great. I listened to them while they were working and they kept going back over spots that I thought were hopeless until the spot was gone. I really like how knowledgable they are about treating stains and how hard and quickly they work. Best part - no wet carpet! I can always walk on them within an hour. Love this company!
