I ordered a cake for a surprise birthday party paid for it and when I arrived to pick up it looked like a supermarket cake with sloppy handwriting. It looked nothing like the cake I had ordered and paid for. When I was trying to talk to the people working a customer came in and butted in the conversation, when I asked her if she worked there she said no but she is helping them, the customer started to yell at me and threaten me infront of my 2 year old calling me swear words and they allowed it! I left to protect my child from the crazy woman in the store and never got my money or cake! They have not tried to call me or do anything to make it better!
Pros: looked nice when paying and ordering
Cons: not done when promised and encourges bad behavior
