Review content:
I'm thinking of purchasing a Park Ave unit (I've always loved the complex but refused to pay bubble prices for one...not a problem anymore!!!) Anyway, my one and only concern is noise. Specifically, noise from the neighbors above/below/beside you. Can anyone who lives at Park Ave tell me if this is an issue? I know the units there are not concrete construction, so I imagine they're not completely noise-proof. If there's one thing I can't stand, it's being able to hear my neighbors walking above me or music bumping, etc from the units directly adjacent. I'm planning on buying a top floor unit so the walking above me thing shouldn't be a problem, but I'm still wondering about noise through walls and floors in these units. Also, how is the HOA doing these days after the bubble fallout? Are things relatively stable? Anything to worry about there Any help is greatly appreciated! economywater @ yahoo is my email or you can just post here and I'll check back. Thanks!
