I am so sorry I ever went to this place. They are never open, their phone lines ring forever, once you actually reach someone over the phone, they put you on hold and leave you there. Whenever you actually speak to someone, they are never available when you need them. No sameday services available. They come whenever they feel like it. I had an apppointment between 9 & 12 and the guy came at 6pm ! Not only was he rude and disrespectful, he didnt even fix the problem. He tried to convince me that I was in need of a totally new boiler and estimated me a cost between $1400 and $1700. I freaked out. He even had the balls to ask for a tip before he left my house !!! I called a different place, where they serviced my boiler that very day, and I was told that my boiler was perfectly fine it just needed a manuel reset.
