Been @ Sterling Estates for 10 years - was nice then but now it's the worse place you would ever want to live. It's because of their management - Ryan Grace - he's the worst manager ever. We got an eviction notice from him. Never been late or missed paying our rent in 10 years. We keep our lot clean and abide by all the rules and regulations. We've filled out complaint forms for the same complaints over and over and they still are not addressed. Can't take much more - so my husband went to the office and told him that he needs to get on all these problems everyone is having and take care of them. The next day, because he and my hubby had words, we get an eviction notice taped to our door. We were home, they just didn't knock cause I guess they
