I have never written a review about anything. But, with all the talk in the neighborhood, I just had to say something! Yes, the place is not perfect, but what place is???? I have lived here for close to two years and the owner has done a lot! We bought a nice home, for a price we could afford! And yes, we did buy a brand new home. For those of you that are living in the old mobile homes, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!!! It's not the owner's fault that this is all you can afford! I love my home and get along fine with my neighbors. I think if you are a trouble maker, you will find trouble anywhere you go! But, for those of us that lead a quiet life style and don't want the inconveniences of an apartment, this is a great place!
