I feel sorry for the people that think this place is a safe and nice place to live. Last I checked, any and everyone can get in the park, the gates have been broken for months and it doesn't seem like they will ever be fixed! All kinds of pitbull dogs running wild, and housesburning down. I've had repairs that needed to be done since day one and no one has gotten back to me, but they expect me to pay lot rent, which by the way went up AGAIN! My cousin lived here, and they made her move down the street 4 years ago. I've been here for two years, and the streets broke my car. This place is a complate joke. The news was even here talkng about KKK fliers or some crap, and they want me to raise my family here? Everytime I call the office, they take a message and I never hear from any of those boneheads in the office. It's hot and summertime, and we waited so long for a pool. All I got to say is that it's a trap, and don't buy here, you're better off in an apartment down the street, that's where I'm going!
