Review content:
We used to go to Amici years back when they were open and were very disappointed when they closed. Two weeks ago we were so happy to see the sign on the building stating they were open again. So we immediately tried it that Saturday night. Well it was just as delicious as it was back then. My husband had the veal romano which is in a pink sauce. He had almost two baskets of bread to soak up all the juice. He said he wanted to drink it. It was outstanding. I got the stuff pork chop special that was to die for as well. Our other two friends were so glad that we introduced them to this restaurant. The service was just as good as the food. It truly is a family run rest. Mother and two daughters were there and they made us feel as if we were part of the family. They even remembered us from when we used to go there. We will definetly go back. It is also very good that they are off the beaten track of hanover and salem street. It definetly is a hidden jewel. So glad you have reopened!!
Pros: off the beaten track of hanover and salem street
Cons: only open fri /sat and special td banknorth events
